Emir of Qatar Appoints New Minister of State at the Amiri Diwan
The Amir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, has issued a new Amiri decree appointing a Minister of State at the Amiri Diwan, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen state institutions.
Under Amiri Decree No. (3) of 2025, His Excellency Hazza bin Khalil bin Mansour Al Shahwani has been appointed as Minister of State at the Amiri Diwan. The decree comes into effect from the date of its issuance.
This appointment reflects Qatar’s continued commitment to enhancing administrative efficiency and ensuring effective governance within key national institutions.
