Egypt’s Supreme Administrative Court has rejected electoral appeals challenging the results of 30 electoral districts whose outcomes had previously been annulled, following a comprehensive legal review of the submitted cases.
The court ruled that the rejected appeals lacked sufficient evidence to prove serious violations that could affect the integrity of the electoral process or alter the announced results.
At the same time, the court referred a number of other appeals to the Court of Cassation, which holds jurisdiction to issue final rulings on such matters.
This decision comes as part of ongoing legal procedures to finalize the electoral process, determine the status of annulled districts, and ensure respect for the constitution, the rule of law, and the integrity of Egypt’s parliamentary elections.
